So much has happened since I last wrote you! I apologize for not staying in touch… We’ve had to put 1,000% into planting Revival City Church and the building project over the last two years. The church is going great! Our services are getting stronger and stronger. Recently in our Miracle Crusade we had a deaf ear from birth open up among many other miracles.
We have a commission to reach 800,000 people in Fort Worth who aren’t in church on any given Sunday, and we are doing just that. Several years ago as we were seeking the Lord about fully committing to this church plant, the Lord asked me, “When is anyone going to care about what I care about in this city?” And as He said that, He swung His hand out to show me the mass 
amount of people that aren’t saved or in church in Fort Worth, Texas. Let others fight over the few, but give us the masses of the lost. “David, you’re crazy, you shouldn’t do that,” people say, but if you were a preacher in the book of Acts, you’d have no other way to build a church – because there were no other churches to take members from! You either get people saved, or you have no ministry! This is the book of Acts way.
Right now we’re just a few weeks away from the 2024 Fort Worth Gospel Festival, where I’ll be preaching to 1,000+ people. We’ve already had over 300 people register to come, and we’ll hit 1,000 easily. We’re ramping up this event 3-4 times larger than ever and expecting a great harvest of souls! To some, a “festival” may not appear too spiritual, but Jesus commanded us to do it two different times in His earthly ministry. (Luke 14:23, Matthew 22:9) We do this to compel the unchurched and unsaved people to come in. Each of the 3 nights we’ll have praise and worship, then I’ll preach and pray for people to get healed and saved – right there on Main St. in downtown Fort Worth. 
Along with this crusade, we are building our own stage trailer! This will greatly trim down our setup and teardown time, allowing us to extend the crusade from 2 nights to 3 nights. A stage trailer is a type of box trailer having walls and a roof that open up by hydraulics into a large concert platform. Ours is 32 feet long and the platform will be 32 x 22 feet. This year we are completing the entire platform with hydraulics, and next year we’ll complete the roof section. At the moment we have the trailer built up to the main platform section. In the next few days I’ll be buying the steel to build the two walls that will swing down to become the extended platform. These will have the flooring and carpet installed, along with the first part of the hydraulic system. We’ll be able to arrive with this thing and have the platform ready in about an hour as opposed to spending all day assembling it all piece by piece!
Please ask the Lord what you can sow into this Fort Worth crusade. I’ll be traveling and evangelizing again in the new year along with pastoring Revival City Church. Putting the traveling ministry on hold for the past two years was a hard but necessary thing to do. Even though we haven’t been traveling, we have been evangelizing stronger than ever in Fort Worth, TX through the church plant, and this crusade and stage trailer are a big part in that. So let’s stand together here in this crusade, get a lot of people saved, grow Revival City Church, and send everything exploding into the new year.
